Question 1

What is the fit of your garments?

Accepted Answer

Check the description on the product page for its fit. Our current BOXY crewnecks have an oversized, relaxed silhouette. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before ordering.

Question 2

What is the fabric made of?

Accepted Answer

Fabric composition and material options are listed on each product page. Check the details for the piece and size you select rather than assuming every garment uses the same fabric.

Question 3

How do I choose my size?

Accepted Answer

Select an available size on the product page. For measurements or advice on fit, contact us before ordering and tell us which product you are considering.

Question 4

How do I care for embroidered clothing?

Accepted Answer

Follow the care label on your garment. Turn it inside out before washing, use a gentle cycle and avoid ironing directly over the embroidery. See our Product Care page for more guidance.

Question 5

What is the difference between an existing design and custom text?

Accepted Answer

An existing design gives you a prepared statement to choose from. Custom text lets you use your own words when the selected product offers that option. The available choices are shown for each product.

Question 6

Can I personalise my garment?

Accepted Answer

Open Create Your Own and select a product to see its available designs, fonts and thread colours. Some products offer existing designs only; others also allow custom text.

Question 7

Are there limits to my design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The editor shows the text limits and the designs, fonts and thread colours supported by your chosen product. Shorten any text flagged by the editor before adding the design to your basket.

Question 8

How much does personalisation cost?

Accepted Answer

Check the price shown for your selected product and options, then review the basket total before checkout. Delivery is shown separately for your destination. Contact us if you need a design outside the available options.

Question 9

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Choose an available product and size, select a design or permitted custom text, then add it to your basket. Review the design, quantities and total before continuing to checkout.

Question 10

How does delivery to the UK work?

Accepted Answer

Delivery options, availability and cost depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm production and delivery timing.

Question 11

Can I return or exchange my order?

Accepted Answer

Read our Terms of Service for the conditions that apply to your order, including personalised items. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us with your order number and details.

Question 12

What is 3D puff embroidery?

Accepted Answer

3D puff embroidery uses foam beneath the stitching to create raised lettering and shapes. It adds a textured finish to a design. Check the product details for the embroidery offered on that piece.

Question 13

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The generator shows a preview of your selected product, text, font and thread colour. Review it before ordering. A digital preview is a guide; screen colours and the texture of real embroidery may differ.

Question 14

Can I request something outside the available designs?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with the product, design idea and quantity you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible before you place an order.

Question 15

Accepted Answer

Sign in to view your orders. If you need an update or help with delivery, contact us with your order number.
